Control Diabetes Services is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with diabetes. We have established ourselves as the leader in face-to-face diabetes education and self-management training through our nationwide network of local education providers. Our network functions as an adjunct to your doctor's current care and operates under his specific care plan orders. Many health plans have agreed to pay for this benefit and there may be no out of pocket expense to you. Others only require a modest co-pay.
