We strongly believe in the patient/physician relationship; therefore we function solely as an adjunct to your current practice.  Control Diabetes Services only accepts patients with a physician's referral, and we never refer a patient with diabetes to anyone else.  Our centers are product neutral, and we operate under your specific care plan orders.  We educate your patients about the medications that are prescribed for them by you, but assert no influence.  We concentrate on what we are best at - thoroughly educating your patients about diabetes self-management.
