This network of qualified providers all utilize the Dia-Trac™ outcomes software system providing for uniformity of outcomes collection and reporting. The network assures market-wide geographic access for members of health plans served by Control Diabetes Services. All data are maintained in our National Diabetes Database, which allows for outcomes performance analysis of the Network as well as health plan reporting by site or on an aggregate basis.
