This
year, Control Diabetes Services is celebrating its tenth
anniversary as a leader in enabling healthier lives to
millions of Americans with diabetes.
As we embark upon our tenth year, we look forward to the
many opportunities before us. These new opportunities
present new challenges and we stand on the threshold of
a vast opportunity to radically improve the way self-management
training is delivered to people with diabetes. We do not
take this responsibility lightly and intend to work tirelessly
toward accomplishing our goal of improving the lives of
individuals with diabetes.
We currently partner with over 30 managed care organizations
that serve approximately 47 million Americans across the
country. We reach these people one person at a time through
our network of over 160 education provider partners. We
will continue to pursue our core mission and as always,
we will strive to increase the value of our company by
providing our clients with outstanding customer service
and innovative solutions to diabetes self-management training
and education.

our state-of-the-art, proprietary outcomes tracking
and reporting software system. Dia-Trac is only available
to our contracted partners. The Dia-Trac Software System

Dia-Net® Locator (coming soon!)
Our continuously growing nationwide network of education
providers is called Dia-Net. Dia-Net Locator will allow
an individual with diabetes to find a quality network
education provider in their area. Simply click on the
state in which you live, and a list of education providers
will be displayed by city.
